Through a thoughtful design process and always in collaboration with our charter school clients, Loci Architecture designs sustainable, flexible, and engaging school environments that add value while meeting a project’s objectives. Our completed work for Prospect Schools (formerly Brooklyn Prospect Charter School), Unity Prep, Uncommon Schools, and TEP Charter includes master plans/facility assessments, interior renovations, exterior restorations, and new construction. When a project commences, we gather information, clarify roles, and develop a responsibility matrix. Milestones for deliverables are established, informing us on how to manage the project’s work flow.
