Vendor Analysis

Vendor analysis is an organized and focused way to document and evaluate vendor options. It aids decision-making by establishing a clear and organized basis for comparison. Vendor analysis should be used every time a charter school chooses a vendor for equipment (computers, supplies, furniture, uniforms, etc.), services (banking, payroll, insurance, benefits, etc.), or consulting (finance, technology, audit, etc.).
