The New York State Free and Reduced Price Lunch (FRPL) data shown below is based on students enrolled in October, 2010, and registration forms collected through January, 2011. By contrast, NYC DOE tracks forms submitted through the end of the school year. Although the City data is not uniformly vetted for publication, in the case of Imagine Me Leadership Charter School it shows a FRPL eligibility rate that is more than 10 percentage points higher than the number shown below (the DOE reports a FRPL rate of 77%).
